I don’t write many reviews. I have to be extremely impressed or sorely disappointed. I am happy to say Ted and crew with Willapa very much impressed me. We scheduled a retaining wall to be put in but realized we had a tree that at some point would be an issue. We called to get a few estimates. Willapa was not only the quickest to come out but was the most reasonably priced by far. Within a few days Ted was out there removing the tree and even coordinated timelines with the landscaper. In addition, due to the property layout they had to adjust approach from the original plan as the crane would not make it. Throughout the process I was amazed with how professional, safe and courteous the crew was. I had plenty of questions throughout the day and Ted was gracious enough to explain in great detail. Because they had to use a different (and slower) approach, I was certain it would be a two day job. Yet they amazed me again by completing it in one day. If I ever need tree service in the future, there will be no need to get multiple estimates because I know who I am calling. Thanks again guys.

Ted was excellent to work with, he even came up on a Sunday to give me a quote. He showed up exactly when he said to do the job.I had them trim away several trees away from my driveway. Would definitely recommend his team.

I wanted a person of integrity and good character who would be truthful with his bid. He and his brother, Toby, arrived on time and cleaned up all the debris as they went and left earlier than expected. They were respectful of property and utilities.
